Bruce graduated from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1976. Bruce obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University, Winona, Minnesota in 1973.
Bruce has been a lifelong resident of Arcadia, Wisconsin. Bruce has been married to his wife, Barbara, for 39 years. He has two (2) grown children, Molly and Justin, and many amazing grandchildren.
