Attorney Terry Madden
Terry Madden has been practicing with our firm since early 1992.
Terry has represented numerous municipalities for 30 years, advising municipal boards, reviewing and drafting contracts, preparing and reviewing ordinances, and representing municipalities in court. He has advised clients on personal and commercial real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents, and advising on tax consequences of such transactions. Terry has represented businesses in contract negotiations, preparation, revision, execution, and implementation. He has prepared numerous Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, and trust documents. He prosecutes trademark registration applications on behalf of corporate clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and assists clients in policing the use of their marks, including securing agreements from infringers to cease and desist, and prosecuting several successful domain name disputes to protect registered trademarks.
Born and raised in a small town in western Wisconsin, Terry is an active member of the greater Arcadia community. He is a past chair of various organizations, has served on the board of directors for numerous groups, and remains active in many charitable activities.
Terry and his wife, Tammy, have two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, biking, baseball, and is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
